Starting as an apprentice, then transitioning to an accomplished digger operator, his time is now split across both office and site work. Sam is a fan of Jetsprinting and enjoys hanging out with family and friends especially when there’s banter involved. Sam is available for technical advice or if you need a job booked in.

Hamish is a certifying drainlayer with 10 year’s experience, a relatively new additional to the team. His knowledge and leadership has seen him thrust into a leadership role, he runs a tight ship ensuring the job is always done right.
Not one to let a chance go he has a very quick witted sense of humour, also known as Cliffy (abbreviated from Clifford The Big Red Dog) he has a collection of lego and hot wheels you have to see to believe.

Dean has forged a career operating machinery for 23 years, the last 16 of which have been with Drainage Systems. Most of his time is spent operating the 12 tonne digger and he is also responsible for the transport fleet and the training and guidance of the companies machine operators.
Dean enjoys fishing and sports in general, having grown up in Raglan he has spent a lot of time fishing and is more than happy to share his spots.

Robyn is responsible for the office administration, payroll and accounts payable and receivable, having been with Drainage Systems for 15 years. You will find her in the office from 9 – 3 Monday Wednesday and Thursday, when she is not in the office Robyn keeps fit and active by running, cycling and swimming, sometimes in events of all three at once, having previously completed an Ironman event. Born and bred in Hamilton and married with two adult sons, in the limited spare time outside of all of the exercise she likes to spend time at the beach, fishing and enjoying the sunshine

Stu heads the Whitianga division, a certifying drainlayer with 25 years experience. 12 years ago Stu made the move to the coast having been a part of the Hamilton crew prior, his tenure with the company spans 21 years.
A keen fisherman and when the body allows is still an active surfer.
